Madeline S (Madzapan) is a Dungeonmaster, novelist, and songwriter who lives in her own world a bit too literally. But why wouldn't she, if it's this cool?   She's the author of two homebrew D&D 5e campaigns (Altar of Ash and The Other Side), which take place in the world of Facet.   She has also written five fantasy novels, one of which was self-published and the others which are (fingers crossed) one day to be traditionally published. Among many other things, she's a nerd for mythology, magical realism, and existential horror.   Her created D&D world, Facet, is the catchall dumping place for her weird and varied interests, in no small part because it means she has a captive audience (her long-suffering players). Who says D&D can't have knights made of toads, a magic-fueled AI, and a villain bent on escaping his chains as a plot device?
