As an action, you can magically ignite a flammable object you touch with your hand\u2014an object such as a torch, a piece of tinder, or the hem of drapes. \r\n\r\n[h3]Mantle of Flame[\/h3]\r\nStarting at 1st level, you can unleash the phoenix fire that blazes within you. As a bonus action, you magically wreathe yourself in swirling fire, as your eyes glow like hot coals. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:\r\n\r\n[ul]\r\n[li]You shed bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet.[\/li]\r\n[li]Any creature takes fire damage equal to your Charisma modifier if it hits you with a melee attack from within 5 feet of you or if it touches you.[\/li]\r\n[li]When you cast a spell that deals fire damage, you can add your Charisma modifier to one damage roll of that spell.[\/li]\r\n[li]You gain resistance to fire damage.[\/li]\r\n[\/ul]\r\nYou can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, with a minimun of 1. You regain all your expended uses when you finish a long rest\r\n\r\n[h3]Phoenix Spark[\/h3]\r\nStarting at 6th level, the fiery energy within you grows restless and vengeful. In the face of defeat, it surges outward to preserve you in a fiery roar.\r\n\r\nIf you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to draw on the spark of the phoenix. You are instead reduced to 1 hit point, and each creature within 10 feet of you takes fire damage equal to half your sorcerer level + your Charisma modifier.\r\n\r\nIf you use this feature while under the effects of your Mantle of Flame, this feature instead deals fire damage equal to your sorcerer level + double your Charisma modifier, and your Mantle of Flame immediately ends.\r\n\r\nOnce you use this feature, you can\u2019t use it again until you finish a long rest.\r\n\r\n[h3]Nourishing Flames[\/h3]\r\nYou are restored by the flames you wield. Beginning at 14th level, when you cast a spell of 1st-level or higher that deals fire damage, you can gain temporary hit points equal to the level at which the spell was cast + your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1 hit point).\r\n\r\nTemporary hit points you gain from this ability replace any temporary hit points you may already have, and last until the end of your next long rest.\r\n\r\n[h3]Soul of the Phoenix[\/h3]\r\nAt 18th level, you finally master the phoenix spark that dances within you. If you are reduced to 0 hit points while using your Mantle of Flame, you can use your reaction to draw on that spark and be reborn. You are reduced to 1 hit point, and each creature within 10 feet of you takes fire damage equal to double your sorcerer level. \r\n\r\nYou can then spend up to 5 of your sorcerer Hit Dice, regaining hit points equal to the total. Using this feature extinguishes your Mantle of Flame. Your Mantle of Flame also grants additional benefits:\r\n\r\n[ul]\r\n[li]Fiery wings emerge from your back. You have a flying speed of 30 feet and can hover.[\/li]\r\n[li]Any spell or effect you create ignores resistance to fire damage and treats immunity to fire damage as resistance to fire damage.[\/li]\r\n[li]If the light you emit overlaps with an area of darkness created by a spell of 3rd level or lower, the spell that created the darkness is dispelled.[\/li]\r\n[\/ul]\r\nOnce you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.","tabledata":"","tags":"","isShared":"on","templateId":"20","blockId":"1241140","world":"c6537978-3951-4697-9118-86ea5f0a8ae1","folder":""}
