A creature can roll a Fortitude save for half damage for each of these instances.\r\n\r\nThis spell creates a point from where the creature initially had the spell cast upon them, centered on the creature. If the creature fails to move more than 30ft from this point at the end of their third turn, and they take cold damage during this turn, they are completely frozen in ice and are considered paralyzed for 1d4+1 rounds.
