On a 20, you regain 2 charges, and on a 1, you don\u2019t regain charges until the second dusk. \r\n\r\nOnce per turn when you hit a creature with your Dark Strike feature, you can expend one charge to do use one of the following abilities:\r\n\r\n[ul][li][b]Bombardment.[\/b] You can immediately make one attack against the creature with The Black Hand.[\/li][\/ul]\r\n\r\n[ul][li][b]Damnation.[\/b] Choose one creature within 30 feet of you, that creature takes an amount of damage equal to half the damage dealt by your Dark Strike.[\/li][\/ul]\r\n\r\n[b]Wrath of the Thunderlord.[\/b] When you hit a creature with The Black Hand, you can choose to deal an additional 3d8 thunder damage. A creature made of inorganic material such as stone, crystal or metal takes double damage from this attack. This attack also deals double damage to structures.
