On success, you gain an Exoskeleton with the Armor Class of the Heavy Armor used.\r\n[br]When wearing the Exoskeleton you have the following modifiers:\r\n[ul]\r\n [li]You use your Intelligence instead of Dexterity to determine your Armor Class bonus. The maximum still applies.[\/li]\r\n [li]You have -5 ft. movement.[\/li]\r\n [li]You ignore the Strength requirement of the armor.[\/li]\r\n [li]Heavy weapons don't apply Disadvantage while wearing the Exoskeleton.[\/li]\r\n [li]The Exoskeleton attaches to you and can't be removed against your will unless unconscious, restrained or in any other way incapacitated. It covers your entire body although you can retract or deploy the helmet as a Free Action.[\/li]\r\n [li]Add half of your Intelligence modifier rounded up to your AC.[\/li]\r\n [li]You can doff or don the Exoskeleton as a full tur.[\/li]\r\n [li]Power core capacity is 75 at level 3. When you lose all power you suffer the stunned condition until you doff the armor.[\/li]\r\n [li]Short rests recover 2d10 + Intelligence modifier + Proficiency Power. Long rest recovers to maximum power. During combat you can use batteries to restore power to your exoskeleton by spending an action to Recharge (1 battery restores 10 power).[\/li]\r\n [li]At the end of your turn you lose 2 Power.[\/li]\r\n [li]You cannot sleep in your exoskeleton and must remove it when resting.[\/li]\r\n[\/ul]\r\n[b]Powered Surge:[\/b] You can push your exoskeleton beyond it's normal limits for a moment. Being taken in by his aunt he grew up in squalor and ignored in a large household of 12 children. His uncle and aunt never paid much attention to him but at a young age he found out that he had an affinity for all things technological. At age 5 he already took apart a discarded radio he found in a trash heap and through his childhood he collected many gadgets and items.\r\n\r\nWhen he was older he got apprenticed at a scrapyard where he took automatons apart in his spare time or roamed the yard for interesting devices. Learning a lot from just taking them apart the yard boss recognized his genius and used him to repair or salvage all kinds of devices, vehicles and robots. One day, realizing how much money the boss was earning from his labor he demanded better pay but his only reward was a beating by the stupid old man.\r\n\r\nFurious that such a low IQ man could shame him like that he started to take apart machines and automatons in the scrapyard. Putting them together in a crude mechanised suit that he could control when he was wearing in. Storming inside the boss's office he put his metal fists to work and showed him what beating a genius like him can give. He left him unconscious, bruised and bleeding not caring whether he lived or died.\r\n\r\nHe realized that he could make a lot of money with his skills and set out to construct his own inventions. Starting with simple contraptions he sold from a box on the Merchant's Ring market, he soon started selling bigger and bigger projects drawing the eyes of wealthy clientele. Some of them had special projects in mind but remembering his old boss he was always wary of having them cheat him out of a well-earned payday. His improved battlesuit always keeping him safe and scaring off petty criminals.\r\n\r\nAn old soldier commissioned him to make a special rifle for him, one that could fire over a large distance accurately without making a sound. When he delivered the client was so impressed he offered him work for his organisation the Red Fist, a workers union with a dark underbelly using death and subterfuge as their weapons. Their gold was the same color as the others and there was plenty of it so he accepted.\r\n\r\nVictor\u2019s genius is undeniable, but so is his arrogance. He sees others as variables in his equations useful, but expendable. The Red Fist tolerates his insults because his creations work and he tolerates them because of the profits and access to materials. But his dismissive sneer has earned him enemies, too. A rival tinkerer once called his battlesuit \u201ca beggar\u2019s toy.\u201d Victor responded by booby-trapping the man\u2019s workshop.
