WEAPON RARE MAGICAL THUNDER SAP Monk or Barbarian Requires Attunement

A green headband with a large purple crystal set in the middle. Strange swirls of light can be seen inside the crystal.

Magical Feedback. When you make an unarmed attack you can choose to headbutt your target with the crystal. It does 1d12 Thunder damage instead of your unarmed damage. Savage Trickery. You can choose to reroll the damage die and take the higher result, but this will trigger a random effect. This also happens when you roll a natural 20 or 1 on the die. Roll a d100 and consult the Wild Magic Surge table at Sorcerer - Wild Surge Table (DND 2024).
