It is a hag with dark skin, white hair tied in a bun, and black eyes. She is dressed in a black dress. Standing at 6'7" (200 cm) tall, she has a skinny, wiry build, long arms that end in claw-like hands with black nails, and wires hanging from them./p]

Uncanny Awareness. The puppeteer can’t be surprised.
Multiattack. The hag makes three attacks with her staff or claws or casts a spell.
Staff. Melee Weapon Attack: 1d20+12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4d6+7 bludgeoning damage plus 4d8 Psychic damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: 1d20+12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4d4+7 slashing damage plus 4d8 Psychic damage.
Puppet Strings. The hag can make a Ranged Touch Attack 1d20+10 to attach her strings to an unwilling creature. She can give a command to the creature that it must follow or take 6d8 Psychic damage. On the start of the creatures turn they can attempt to escape from the strings by using an Action to slash them (the strings have AC20 and 1 hit point), burning them or a sleight of hand check DC18.
Eldritch Blast. Spell Attack, range 240ft: 1d20+11 to hit, 4 bolts. On hit: 1d10+5 Force damage per bolt.
Spellcasting using Wisdom modifier. Spell Attack bonus +11, Spell Save DC19
At will: eldritch blast, witch bolt (lvl2)
3/day each: hypnotic pattern, banishment
1/day each: synaptic static
Puppet Magic
At will: mind sliver, dominate person
3/day each: irresistible dance

Synaptic Static - Mental eruption, by arcane decree; Psychic energy, bursting free.
Trade Places. Using a Bonus Action the puppeteer can swap places with the creature who is connected to her strings.
Counterspell (3/Day). Force a creature to make a Constitution Saving Throw DC19 or they lose the spell.
Shield (3/Day). Use a Reaction to increase your AC by 5 until the start of your next turn.
