You have draconic ability that pulls from the tempest and swift winds of hurricanes and storms of the air. You can use your action to send your wings in a slashing gust. Each creature in a 15 feet cone must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus). A creature takes 2d8 damage slashing damage on a failed save and is pushed 5 feet back, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damages increases to 3d8 at 6th level, 4d8 at 11th level, and 5d8 at 16th level. After you use your cutting gust, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
You have resistance to lightning damage.
Starting at 5th level, as an action, you can channel your draconic energy to protect yourself. For 1 minute, you become immune to lightning damage. Once you use this trait, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.
If you use your movement within your turn, all ranged weapon attacks against the sky dragonkin have disadvantage on the attack roll.
