While a creature makes physical contact with this stone, they make their strength, dexterity, and constitution checks and saving throws at disadvantage.

For every hour a creature is within 5 feet of this stone, they lose 1 maximum hit point, permanently reducing their hit points until they take a long rest outside of the stones 5 foot radius, at which point they regain up to 10 of their maximum hit points for each rest they complete until they return to their original hit point maximum. Creatures who are killed by this effect cannot be revived by any means other then a True Wish. This health reduction can also me removed by the remove curse spell cast with a 5th level spell slot, or a greater restoration spell.

The earliest recorded time that "dark slagg" was known of, was found by plunderers, explorers, treasure hunters, and historians of the old Eare Empire, while investigating the new, at the time, elven ruins of Sul'lun (Modern day Sol Island, and Lune Island). In their exploration, they found legends speaking of dark slagg falling from the sky, withering lands where it was cast down. There are no records of it's existence prior to the Age of Stars (the height of the Androsten Empire) leading to many a lost theories among Eare Scholars.

This rough and bubbly black rock is solid and abrasive to the touch. Hundreds of micro bubbles and holes coat the surface of this volcanic looking stone, betraying its smooth looking domes. Holding it in your hand, you can't help but feel oddly weakened.
