This is a sword with a battery slot in the handle and copper lines running across the blade. When pressed, the button adds electrical damage to the next hit.
Electric Shock. On hit you can choose to use a Charge to add 1d4 Lightning damage and the creature makes a Dexterity Saving Throw DC 12, on failure they lose their reaction and their movement is halved until the end of their next turn.
