Maneuvers
Aimed Shot - Fire one HP IV shot (1d12) with a +7 bonus to hit as an attack before moving on your turn.
Special Maneuvers
Called Shot - Designate a specific body part to hit as an attack and deal specific conditions to the target. Once you have successfully made an attack using this maneuver, you may use it again after finishing a short or long rest.
Torso: The target is dazed until the start of your next turn
Arms: You impose disadvantage on all attacks made by the target until the start of your next turn
Legs: You hamstring an opponent and reduce their movement by half until the start of your next turn
Follow-Through - Spend time lining up a shot to pierce multiple targets. On a successful attack against a primary target, up to two extra targets in the line of fire within the weapon's effective range take half the rolled damage. You can perform this maneuver once per turn, up to a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per Short or Long rest.
Properties
High Powered I
Stealthy - Firing this weapon does not alert enemies that are outside of initiative or when you attack while hidden. After attacking, roll a Stealth check versus the target's Passive Perception.
Special Properties
Heavy Rounds
Integrally Suppressed - Attacks with advantage deal your Proficiency Bonus in extra damage.
Marksman Rifle - Double your Proficiency Bonus to hit on your first Attack against targets at ranges greater than 60 feet if you have not yet moved on your turn.
Loading: Uses a Bonus Action to speed load (involves dropping the magazine and its stored ammunition to pick up later), otherwise requires an Action to reload.
Jamming: This weapon does not jam.
Handling: 2-handed
Fabricant du Renoir, some time during the interim period after The Great War, was contracted to make a high precision, integrally suppressed bolt action rifle, intended for use by special forces and intelligence operatives of the Verdoyant Coalition. It sports a lacquered mahogany frame and a comically oversized 20" suppressor, with some of the most complicated baffle systems that were available at the time. The 'Esprit' was named for how its users could vanish without a trace like a spirit or ghost. Its main drawback is that its rounds do not travel nearly as far as other marksman rifles.
