Traits

Xasnil Scales. The dragon regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn. If the dragon takes cold damage or has a level of exhaustion, this trait doesn't function at the start of the dragon's next turn. The dragon dies only if it is hit by an attack that deals 10 or more cold damage while the dragon has 0 hit points.
Nature’s Wing. The dragon is immune to non-damaging negative effects of any storm while in flight. (ie Hurricane winds)


Actions

Multiattack. The dragon makes three Rend attacks. It can replace one attack with a use of either of its breath weapons. 

Rend.  Melee Attack Roll: +9, reach 10 ft. Hit: 16 2d10+5 Slashing damage.
Emerald Fire Breath (Recharge 5-6). Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 18, each creature in a 30-foot Cone. Failure: 44 8d10 Fire damage. Success: Half damage. The target’s Hit Point maximum decreases by an amount equal to the damage taken.
Solar Breath (1/Day). Constitution Saving Throw: DC 18, each creature in a 60-foot line. Failure: 78 12d12 Radiant damage and is blinded until the dragon’s next turn. Success: Half damage and isn’t blinded. Undead and oozes have disadvantage on this saving throw. Additionally, the dragon gains 3 level of exhaustion.
