Heavy Rounds

Point Blank - Within 5 feet of the user, targets have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws against the shotgun's effects but become the only target affected. Shotshell gains AP I properties when firing at point blank.

A nasty little holdout zip gun which is deadly at point blank range, this pocket shotgun is comprised of little more than a grip, striking pin, trigger, shotgun shell, and a tube. Very often, it'll be concealed in some random pocket inside a coat or holstered in some discarded beer case. Because of its shoddy makeshift assembly, it comes apart after one use. They can be built around any shotgun cartridge and do not require a schematic to make.
