Math with variables

Number variables are a sub-feature of variables that let you place a reoccurring number in an article and let you change all of them at once if you so choose. I would like to propose an upgrade to this sub-feature that allows you to use at least some basic math with these variables.

With basic math, you could quickly link events to the start of your story instead to year 0 (although you could still do this with the variable as well) such as adventure anniversaries, character ages, or mutation stages.

Another possible use is to keep track of different planes that possibly don't perceive time the same way. An easy example would be the Feywild.

Basic math wouldn't need to calculate the time dilation of someone nearing the speed of light (sometimes, it is just best to get a calculator), but I think any math at all (addition, subtraction, hopefully multiplication, division, and rounding) would be a huge benefit if it were implemented.

This is the same suggestion as Moridrin's, but it was closed in 2021 and not revisited since then.

Here's the link to their suggestion in case you want to see their points as well, but I believe I covered what was in their post as well:

The Team's Response

Thanks for the suggestion! This is a complex feature that would need significantly more support to be considered.
