Publish Group of Drafts By Category Or Tag

When publishing (and publicizing) a select list of articles, I currently have to do so individually, one article at a time. This is slow and repetitive.
I would like the option to filter articles by category or tag and then one-click publish/draft (and public/private) toggle the filtered batch. This would save a lot of time when publishing numerous articles.
