Search -Events Timelines
The Search feature is excellent, but is limited to Articles. I include a lot of content in Events in Timelines. It is very frustrating that I cannot find references to people, places, etc. that I have included in the "Full Content" of Events.
I would have access to the full history of my campaign, which is now over 4 years old.
There are no other uses for this feature. It is a very focused solution.
The Team's Response
Thanks for the suggestion! In the long term, we plan on adding historical events to the search bar in view mode, when we release the presentation layer (i.e. the public view mode). The edit mode search bar already includes it.

on 2026-06-16 19:49The presentation-side search misses a lot of things, and it'd be great if it could search all indexed presentation material (images, events, maps, etc.) similar to the author-side search.

on 2026-06-09 09:00I'm a bit confused about this. Just double checked search and not only does it include events but you can restrict the search specifically to events (or other WA entity types). I tested it quickly and it worked, not only for the event title but also on text that was only in the description and only in the full content text of the event, so I think we already have this.
