What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Greetings. First thanks to everyone that makes WA better.
During my games I open a lot of articles in tabs so I can get to them easily. Using the right click works, but could there be a more convenient way?
I would like to be able to have my mentions open open in a new tab by clicking them. i.e., This will work just like using a link and adding the "|tab" in a URL link.
How does this feature request address the current situation?
It saves time in opening articles during my game so I don't have to remember to right click every time.
Being able to choose which 'mentions' have this feature will improve the players perceptions as they don't have to find their way back if they just click on a Mention.
What are other uses for this feature request?
You could also expand this to images and maps, to help players not get lost while investigating a world.

Thanks for the suggestion! We're declining this due to complexity of the mention link system in BBCode compared to the low amount of support to the suggestion. As a workaround, you should be able to open links to new tabs by holding Ctrl and clicking, or, with an external mouse, by middle-clicking on the link.
