While wearing this armor, you have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed and can breath both water and air. Weapon attacks you make while underwater do not have disadvantage.

Enchantment Weapon Skill

Tidal Surge. While wearing this armor you may spend a weapon skill use and a bonus action to do one of the following effects;

• Weapon Surge. Your weapon becomes wreathed in water. You next weapon attack deals an additional damage die and shoves a creature away from you 10 feet on a successful attack roll.
• Mobile Surge. Your walking speed increases by 15 feet and your swim speed increases by 30 feet, both until the end of your turn.
• Launching Surge. Your next Jump's distance is doubled.
