Maneuvers
Controlled Burst - Fire 5 AP IV shots instead of 10 with a bonus of +5 to hit as an attack.
Special Maneuvers
Aimed Hyperburst - Fire two AP V shots (2d6) with a bonus of +10 to hit as an attack before moving on your turn.
Extended Burst - Fire a 15-round burst with a negative modifier of -5 to hit as an attack. Critical failures automatically jam the weapon with this maneuver. Once you have successfully made an attack using this maneuver, you may use it again after finishing a Short or Long rest.
Precision Tap Fire - As an Attack action, make a number of either two shot AP III Hyperburst attacks or single shot AP V attacks against targets of your choosing, making a number of attacks up to or equal to the ability modifier used for the attack plus your Proficiency Bonus. You may choose to attack separate targets or concentrate all of your attacks on a single target. With each attack roll, you have a bonus to hit equal to your Proficiency Bonus. Once you have used this maneuver, you may not use it again until you finish a Short or Long rest.
Properties
Armor Piercing III
Bullpup
Computerized Assist Scope - Bonus of +3 to hit within effective range.
Thermal Vision - This weapon comes with a special thermal sight that allows you to see hot and cold targets regardless of visibility, both living and nonliving, through its scope.
Special Properties
Integrally Suppressed - Attacks with Advantage deal your Proficiency Bonus in extra damage.
Smart Target Assist - When you miss on an attack roll with this weapon, you may make a second burst attack roll against the same target without your Proficiency Bonus. You may do this once per turn.
Stealthy - Firing this weapon does not alert enemies that are outside of initiative or when you attack while hidden. After attacking, roll a Stealth check versus the target's Passive Perception.
Wallbanger - This weapon bypasses Cover, Vehicle Paneling, and ignores Shields. On a successful attack through a structure, a target takes half the rolled damage.
Loading: Uses a Bonus Action to speed load (involves dropping the magazine and its stored ammunition to pick up later), otherwise requires an Action to reload.
Jamming: On a critical failure, roll a 1D6, if it lands on a 1, the weapon is jammed and requires a bonus action (D&D5E) or an action point (PF2E) to clear the jam.
Handling: 2-handed
A compact bullpup rifle designed for police operations in Utari urban centers, it was employed by counter-terror units roughly 3 to 5 years before the Cataclysm. Its main use was as an anti-cybernetics weapon with tungsten core, small, intermediate cartridges and a smart scope attached to it. Its main drawbacks are its relatively short range due to how its integrated suppressor's baffles alter the ballistics of the weapon, but that is a relative non-issue with the weapon's intended theater of operations. These are exceptionally rare and only a few in this configuration were ever produced for the Utari Special Operations teams. Schematics may still be available on LightDrives in a lab somewhere under Hangyeojin or some Utari armories. Finding one is damn near impossible.
