Hatched from an egg retreived by Vulcan Kendall in Eleusis, he is a small silvery-grey dragon. An underappreciated (in his mind) comedian and insatiably curious, he is always fascinated by his new friends most recent inventions.
General Physical Condition
A steel dragons has an almost feline body with a comparably slight build with a long, narrow head.
Sword-like frills grow like horns from its head, neck, and elbows, and its tail is tipped with a large hook-like blade. His wings are feathered, rather than leathery, and each feather resembles a sharp dagger. Its scales resemble small shields, and even from a young age, it shines like polished steel.

He loves to be the center of attention, and has a fear of prolonged isolation.
He can often speak as if he is a humanoid, and forgotten he's a dragon.
Sociable, Clever, and Curious. He is intelligent with common characteristics of intellectual persons such as wizards, librarians, historians, or other scholars and sages, or even occasionally nobles. Easily bored. That insatiable curiousity can lead to rapid boredom. This can in turn lead to annoying others with their bids for attention, or trying something unwise just to see what would happen.
Freedom within the Law. He can't tolerate authority of any kind. He won't be told what to do in any scenario, regardless of their guise or place in society, unless ignoring such orders would somehow reveal the dragon's true nature. They are otherwise adamant supporters of the law, as long as that law maintains order flexibly and follows the dragon's personal understanding of how the law should work, such that the dragon can advance its own agenda.
Hobbies & Pets
Investor and Enterpriser. Often willing to see the possibilities in the weirdest and most unlikely of things. Has a tendency to invest or back a number of these, and some pay off.
Perfectly happy to speak only using puns and dad-jokes.
